Yes - Early Bird till 15 November 2026: Ride ₹950 / Run (1K, 3K or 5K - same price) ₹950 (regular ₹1,199 each), plus 18% GST at checkout with a full breakdown before you pay. Riders can add a rental cycle for +₹450 (+GST). Every ticket includes free breakfast, T-shirt, medal, tech sessions and networking, PLUS 1-year Premium membership (worth ₹1,000) FREE — Edition-01 exclusive, claim after login at /profile. All prices in INR.

Pick what suits you - 1K is perfect for first-timers and families, 3K is a quick challenge for all paces, and 5K is the signature finisher run. Same price, same medal, T-shirt, tech sessions and breakfast for all three. You choose your distance during registration.

Light rain won't stop us - this is an endurance community. In case of severe weather we'll follow a safety-first plan and communicate changes to all registered participants.

Full refunds until 30 January 2027 and free ticket transfers until 10 February 2027 - write to helloworld@techathlon.fit with your order ID. Late cancellations aren't refundable as event costs are committed by then.

Yes - bulk bookings of 5+ tickets get automatic discounts (5-10 tickets: 10% off, 11-20: 15% off, 21+: 20% off, applied to tickets + ticked rental add-ons). One payment covers everyone; we email you a unique single-use coupon code per attendee that they redeem at /register for a free entry (tick the ₹450 rental add-on per attendee who needs one and it's included in the bulk total — those codes also cover the rental at redemption). Codes are valid until 31 January 2027. Use the /bulk form to book.

The 20 km ride and 1K / 3K / 5K runs follow curated city routes starting from the event venue. Final route maps and GPX files will be shared with registrants.
